These General Terms and Conditions of Sale ("GTC") govern all orders placed on our online store. They apply without restriction or reservation to all sales concluded between Fashion Galerie and its customers.

ARTICLE 1 - ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
By accepting these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, you declare that you are of legal age under French law and have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
To access our services, browse our online store, or purchase our products, you will be asked to provide certain personal information, including your email address, billing, payment, and delivery details. You guarantee that this information is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.

ARTICLE 3 - ORDERS
Any order placed on our store constitutes an offer to purchase from you. Fashion Galerie reserves the right to accept or refuse any order, without having to justify the reason. The order is only definitively accepted after receipt of a written confirmation from us and effective payment.

The prices of our products are indicated in euros (€) including all taxes (TTC), in accordance with French regulations. Delivery charges are indicated separately and summarized before the validation of your order. The invoiced price is that in force at the time of the order, as confirmed by email.
We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time and without prior notice. Any promotions or special offers are subject to specific conditions which will prevail over these GTC in case of conflict.
You undertake to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date payment information. You guarantee, in particular, that:
- You are the holder or duly authorized to use the payment method entered
- The payment information provided is accurate and valid
- The incurred fees will be honored by your bank
In accordance with French regulations, no additional fees will be applied for the use of a specific payment method beyond the actual cost borne by Fashion Galerie.
ARTICLE 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
The delivery times indicated on our store are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a contractual guarantee. We make every effort to meet these deadlines but cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to carriers, customs formalities, or any event of force majeure within the meaning of Article 1218 of the Civil Code.
In accordance with Article L.216-1 of the Consumer Code, we undertake to deliver your order within a maximum period of 30 days from the validation of your order, unless otherwise expressly agreed during the order.
The transfer of risks of loss or deterioration of products occurs at the time of physical delivery of the products to your delivery address, in accordance with Article L.216-4 of the Consumer Code.
ARTICLE 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All elements of the Fashion Galerie store — including trademarks, logos, texts, images, graphics, videos, audio content, and their arrangement — are the exclusive property of Fashion Galerie or its licensors, and are protected by the French Intellectual Property Code as well as applicable international conventions.
Any reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or commercial exploitation of these elements, in any form whatsoever, is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of Fashion Galerie. These GTC do not grant you any license or right to the protected elements belonging to Fashion Galerie or third parties.
The trademarks, logos, and trade names of Fashion Galerie are protected marks. Any unauthorized use is likely to constitute infringement within the meaning of Articles L.713-1 et seq. of the Intellectual Property Code, potentially incurring the civil and criminal liability of its author.
ARTICLE 7 - OPTIONAL TOOLS
Within our store, certain tools or services offered by third-party providers may be made available to you. These tools are provided "as is" and Fashion Galerie exercises no control over their operation, availability, or content.
Fashion Galerie disclaims all responsibility for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of these third-party tools. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with and accept the general conditions specific to each third-party provider before any use.

ARTICLE 13 - TERMINATION

Provisions relating to intellectual property, data protection, limitation of liability, and applicable law shall remain in effect after any termination.
ARTICLE 14 - EXCLUSION OF WARRANTIES
In accordance with articles L.217-1 et seq. of the Consumer Code, Fashion Galerie is obliged to deliver products that conform to the contract and is liable for any conformity defects existing at the time of delivery.
You benefit as of right from the following legal guarantees:
- Legal guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-1 to L.217-32 of the Consumer Code) — 2 years from delivery
- Legal guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code)
These guarantees apply to any commercial warranty we offer.
ARTICLE 15 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Fashion Galerie's liability can only be invoked in the event of proven fault in the performance of its contractual obligations.
Fashion Galerie shall not be held responsible for indirect damages resulting from the use of our store, such as loss of data, income, or business opportunities.
In any case, Fashion Galerie's liability is limited to the amount of the relevant order, in accordance with article 1231-3 of the Civil Code.
This limitation does not apply in cases of bodily injury, gross negligence, or fraud, in accordance with the mandatory provisions of French law.
ARTICLE 16 - SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale is declared null or unenforceable by a competent court, the other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
ARTICLE 17 - GENERAL PROVISIONS
The fact that Fashion Galerie does not exercise a right provided for in these General Terms and Conditions of Sale shall not constitute a waiver of that right.
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale constitute the entire agreement between Fashion Galerie and the customer and supersede any prior agreement relating to its subject matter.
In case of ambiguity, these General Terms and Conditions of Sale will be interpreted in accordance with French law and in the interest of the consumer, in accordance with article L.211-1 of the Consumer Code.
ARTICLE 18 - ASSIGNMENT
The client may not assign or transfer their rights and obligations arising from these General Terms and Conditions of Sale without the prior written consent of Fashion Galerie.
Fashion Galerie reserves the right to assign these General Terms and Conditions of Sale in the context of a restructuring, merger, or business transfer, without affecting the client's rights.
ARTICLE 19 - APPLICABLE LAW
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, the client may resort to consumer mediation in accordance with article L.612-1 of the Consumer Code, via the European online dispute resolution platform:

ARTICLE 20 - MODIFICATION OF THE GTC
